Trea Tijmens, owner and founder of SuccessMatch
Trea is Swiss but was born in the Netherlands on 12 February 1965. She left her native country over 33 years ago and has since lived in the United States, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Panama, and Switzerland.
Trea obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley in 1992 and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 1994. She speaks English, French, German, Spanish, and Dutch.
Trea has always worked with and for people and specifically with smart, international executives; first in Human Resources for large companies in various sectors, and later, as a headhunter in Switzerland.
In 2005 Trea launched SuccessMatch elite matchmaking and dating support services in Switzerland. In the past 14 years, she has touched the lives of well over 8000 singles.
Trea is an expert in the field of dating, relationships and helping people find love. As a renowned European Matchmaker and award-winning dating expert, she regularly contributes to articles or the press, speaks at international conferences, provides high end matchmaking services to elite singles and has developed a proven program "Find Your Success Match", that she provides either in private coaching or group coaching format.
Trea is passionate about love, dating, relationships, and helping successful singles find love and would be delighted to help you find love too!
Trea is married to a French man whom she met while in the US, and mother of 3 children. Her hobbies are dancing, reading, cycling, traveling, a bit of gardening and watching her kids play field hockey.
Kate Lacey, Coordinator
Kate grew up in England and holds a BA in French and Hispanic Studies from the University of Birmingham.
She loves connecting people and her professional experience in the hospitality industry as well as her international background makes SuccessMatch a natural home for her.
Kate was instilled with a desire to travel from a young age. During her studies she spent a year abroad in Cadiz, Spain, and a summer in Tours, France, and following her graduation she did a ski season in Val-d’Isère. She then worked for 4 years in a luxury safari lodge in the South Luangwa National Park, Zambia. Kate is married and has a young daughter.
In her free time, Kate enjoys reading, baking and staying active. She loves to explore new places and meet new people. She’s always up for challenges and is committed to being a “lifelong learner”!
