Trea Tijmens, owner and founder of SuccessMatch
Trea was born in the Netherlands on 12 February 1965. She left her native country over 20 years ago and has since lived in the United States,Belgium, Spain, and Germany. She came to Switzerland in 2000.
Trea obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley in 1992 and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 1994. She is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch. A Human Resources professional who has gained her experience in diverse sectors such as ; fast moving consumergoods, computer products distribution, banking and Search and Recruitment, Trea's passion is human relations.
Trea is married to a French man whom she met while in the US, and mother of 3 children. She is currently in the Executive Committee of a professional women's organisation in Geneva and in the little spare time that is left she enjoys dancing.
Lille, Representative Zurich
Lille is a psychologist and a certified professional coach specialized in transitional management. Born and raised in Mexico of British/French descent, Lille is a native English/Spanish speaker and also speaks German and Swiss-German well as well as some French.
Lille has ten years experience in management training and development, and during the course of her career taught at several universities in the U.S. and Switzerland at the, B.A., MBA and Postgraduate levels.
She holds a doctorate and a Masters in Work Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University (USA), a Masters in Engineering-Economics from Stanford University (USA), and B.A. degrees in Mathematics and French Language & Literature from Hamilton College (USA). She earned her coaching certification at the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, Washington (USA).
Lille is married to a German man and is the mother of a daughter. In her spare time Lille loves to do sports, and to train with her husband who is an amateur triathlete. In addition to doing sports, Lille also enjoys reading and painting.
Pascal, Representative Lac Leman Area
Pascal is in his 40s and of Swiss nationality. He holds a Masters degree in Hotel Management of the “Ecole Hôtelière” de Lausanne, and completed his studies with a Federal Diploma of the HEC. He speaks English, French, German and Spanish.
For 5 years, Pascal was at the Head of a major Hotel Group’s PR department. The next 14 years he travelled the whole world heading the Camel Trophy Organization for Eastern Europe, Middle & Near East and Africa.
In addition, a few years in the Formula One completed his sound experience in vast multicultural environments which highly contributed to his nice and easy going communication style.
Pascal and his family of 3 teenagers are living in the Geneva Region. He loves water sports, such as scuba diving, sailing and water skiing. Very active in the networking, Pascal is specialized in MSI’s (Multiple Sources of Incomes), focused in Wellness & Fuel saving.
Angee, Coordinator
Angee is American and moved to Switzerland with her Swiss husband several years ago. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations, a Master’s degree in Counseling and Development and practical experience in administration, organization and coordination, she is a great asset to the team. Angee is enthusiastic to be working at SuccessMatch with international professionals and truly believes that a healthy relationship can change a person’s life.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, enjoying the arts, photography and ice skating!
Linda, Coordinator
Linda is a citizen of the world by choice. She was born in Holland, to an American father and Belgian mother, grew up in Thailand, a number of African countries and Europe. After Dutch pre-school, French Primary school, a British secondary education, American University and 11 years in the hotel business, Linda landed in Switzerland to work for an international organisation some 18 years ago.She delights in connecting people and her professional experience in marketing communication as well as her fluency in three languages makes SuccessMatch a natural home for her.
Linda is very proud of her daughter and in her spare time enjoys walking, reading, the cinema and helping friends.
Monique
The second Dutch member of our team is Monique, who has recently joined SuccessMatch. She holds a Master degree in Educational Psychology and has worked as Human Resources Manager.
Before coming to Switzerland, Monique has lived in The Netherlands, Venezuela and Aruba. She can communicate in Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German.
Monique has been in Geneva since 2005, together with her husband and three children. Besides working at SuccessMatch, Monique takes care of her family and runs her own internet-business. She enjoys sports like running, waterskiing and tennis and reads extensively.
